but will not be ready for pickup until 5:30

JUNE 23 -- Director's Staff

JULY 28 -- Cowboys

AUGUST 25 -- Classic Cars

SEPTEMBER 22 -- Legion of Honor & Duffers

OCTOBER 27 -- Motor Escorts

Host Unit will be responsible for furnishing:

*Desserts for 175 people

Host Unit Duties Are:

* Set up tables with tablecloths and chairs in Ballroom/Saloon by 5:00

* Set up tea, water, cups, and ice in Saloon and Sugar & Sweet & Low

*Dessert plates, forks and service utensils at dessert tables

*Provide a worker to serve beans

*Provide workers for serving drinks & report low tea to kitchen

*Provide workers to serve desserts in Saloon

*Provide workers to clean sanitize tables, stack chairs on tables

*Take trash to dumpsters from all area bathrooms, kitchen, Ballroom, Saloon

*Host Unit(s) may have a raffle for their fundraising in the Ballroom

Karem Head Chef Dolan Spencer will have his crew serve the food & cook and clean kitchen.
