Dear Exhibitor:

 

The 2017 Texas Shrine Association will hold its Annual Convention June 14-17 in beautiful Waco, Texas.  The Shrine Marketplace will be located in Chisholm Hall at the Waco Convention Center which is conveniently located next to the headquarters hotel, the Hilton Hotel.  Almost all of the activities at the convention will be held in and around the Waco Convention Center in the historic downtown district.

 

It is our sincere hope that you will make plans now to obtain space to display and sell your merchandise.  For your convenience, I am enclosing an Exhibitor Contract which you should complete and return with your deposit check for the rental of booths as described in the contract agreement.  Assignments will be on first come, first serve basis.

 

Booth set up will begin on Wednesday, June 14 from 2:00-5:00 PM, with continued set up on Thursday, June 15 from 7:00-9:00 AM.  Tear down will be Saturday, June 17 immediately after the close of the Marketplace.

 

Located on the banks of the Brazos River deep in the Heart of Texas, Waco is home to the Masonic Grand Lodge of Texas and within a two to three hour drive for thousands of Shriners across Texas.  Due to our central location and the incredible growth of downtown Waco, we expect a great turn out this year and hope that you will make plans now to join us.

Contract

Texas shrine Association 2017 Marketplace

 

 

This contract is entered into by and between Karem Shrine Temple, hereafter referred to as Karem and _____________________________ hereafter referred to as “Vendor”, do hereby agree as follows.

 

Vendor hereby agrees to the rental of ______ 10’ x 10’ space(s), for the sum of $300.00 for one (1) booth. Each additional booth will be $250.00. A minimum deposit of $100.00 per booth (non-refundable) is required upon signing and return of this agreement. The balance of $_________ is to be paid prior set up. Please select the booth’s number and what your 1st and 2nd preference would be.  If you want more than one both, select those numbers.  First contract received will have their preference first.  This agreement is for the Texas Shrine Association Meeting Marketplace to be held in Waco, Texas at the Waco Convention Center on Washington Avenue, next to the headquarters hotel, the Hilton Hotel, on the following dates:

 

            Set Up                        Wednesday June 14, 2017 between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM

            Continued Set UP    Thursday June 15, 2017 between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM

            Sell                             Thursday June 15, 2017 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM

            Sell                             Friday June 16, 2017 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

            Sell                             Saturday June 17, 2017 between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM

            Dismantle after the close of the marketplace

This information is needed to prevent like items from being assigned adjacent to each other, if possible.

Karem agrees to provide the following: one (1) table and two (2) chairs per booth. Additional tables and chairs will be additional cost to the Vendor.

The Waco Convention Center at an additional cost may provide electrical service to the Vendor.
