Karem Shrine, where tradition meets tomorrow.
Our core values have remained constant since Karem received its charter in 1919. Karem Shriners are committed to family, fellowship and making the world a better place. As Shriners, we affirm religious tolerance, acceptance, patriotism, freedom, charity and intergrity. We will continue to embrace these values and practice Shrine traditions.
Having traditions doesn't make us stuck in the past. Karem Shriners are reinventing themselves. We recently added a new unit and we're hoping to add more. We're also in the process of updgrading the Shrine itself.
Visit Karem and let us show you how we honor the past, while looking towards the future.

Shrine Clubs are are more social in nature whereas, Units are more performance oriented.
Karem Shrine Clubs hold Red Fez canister collections, the proceeds of which benefit Shriners Children’s™ healthcare network, as well as Karem's Transportation Fund.
Karem Units perform in parades, at fairs, festivals, and compete at Texas Shrine Association (TSA) and Shiners Imperial Session. Imperial Session is the annual business meeting for all Shrines, worldwide.
